The regular fee includes:

The student fee does not include the conference dinner.

All fees should be paid in Euros (€) and without charges to the beneficiary.

Payments will be possible by

Refunds can only be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the Conference Secretariat before May 15^th, 2006. No refunds can be granted after this date.

Refunds (less 40 € administrative costs) will be processed after the Conference.

The organisers cannot be held liable for any personal accident or damage to the property of the participants.

Participants needing a visa to enter France should contact the French Embassy or Consulate in their respective countries well in advance of the conference.

If you require an invitation letter, please contact the Conference Secretary as soon as possible. The Conference Secretariat will confirm your registration upon request.
